sony sure is bringing the real PS3 together quite quickly. I remember just two months ago developers were saying that ps3s at that time were huge and loud. then two weeks ago ign plays a ps3 that looks and feels mostly like the real deal. and now, SONY just got FCC approval on the PS3 design!

lately, I feel like i'm eighty.

until I can confirm otherwise, I'm attributing it to the fucking insane humidity here.

basically, I wake up and feel like swollen shit every day. my left knee has been swollen (not visibly) for 3 weeks. I can't even comfortably kneel on it. my right knee "popped" a week later, and now sporadically hurts.

and my back....fuck my back. the left side right along the spine has been swollen for a couple of weeks, to the point that if I turn too far, it hurts.

and for the last 3 days, it hurts my back if I breath, look up, look down, to the left, or to the right, and sometimes straight ahead and level. which leaves me the option of nothing.
I'm seriously fearing that these are more than just "akes and pains" and that upon a visit to the doctor, he/she might actually tell me that I'm fucked up, which would probably lead to the airforce separating me on a medical discharge. I'm gonna get my knees checked out and get a waiver so that I don't have to run and march for awhile. I'm gonna let my back go though for about a week and see how it feels.

I REALLY REALLY need a fucking massage. I'm convinced that it would do wonders If I could get one atleast every other day. but, my adventures in "getting" a girl here have not produced fruit. instead I've been left at the base of the tall tree to stare at the its produce from below. tech school is almost over now, and the women situation should then improve. here, if a girl is even slightly "attractive", she's a goddess of sex desired and talked about by all. 8 weeks of boot camp and 3 months of tech school tends to lower the standards of many. straight outta basic, I was in a similar condition, but I quickly regained my calculated tastes. but few others have, so I here I sit, looking up.

I'm gonna go lift some weights.

I think my mom already sent my PS2 and games though, so you may have to send them yourself. I think USPS has some flat rate cardboard envelope thingies that you could just stick them in and send that way, but whatever works for you.

deprived of internet in my dormroom and instead forced to go to alternative and expensive methods for internet :(

so until I get some decent internet solution going, my online status is gonna be spotty and I may not get to post anything with real substance for awhile.

heres a more specific rant taken directly from a myspace bulletin that I posted

So, I've been here at Keesler AFB for a few days now, tech school is gonna be pretty fun I think.

but!

there's no damn internet provided to us in any normal fashion. there's no option of any kind to have internet in our dorm rooms, free or not.

so I've got a few retarded options:

pay 10 bucks an hour at internet cafe A

pay 6 bucks an hour at internet cafe B

buy a laptop ($1000 give or take) and then pay $50 a month for a password to unlimited access the secure wireless signal of internet cafe B

or, get a special package for my cellphone that allows it to be used as a modem and connect it to my desktop computer at about double 56k speeds for like $30-$40 a month.

I'm probably gonna do that last option if Verizon offers it, that way I can have internet in my dorm room. it'll be just fast enough to have a tolerable browsing experience.

Keesler AFB = THE electronics wing of the Airforce, Keesler IS it regarding electronics, yet we don't have friggin internet!!
